Register the clinic here. Staff open Windows, Android, or the browser and sign in with that clinic name.

Full desk: patients, calendar, invoices, notes, lab, insights. The RVG watch folder stays on that PC. After import, the X-ray is on the server.

In the room
Same clinic name, same email. The second operatory is not a second database. Charts and photos already on the server are already there.

This creates the clinic and the first staff login. Then open ChatDENT and type that clinic name.
